1) Each thread should contain all logs for the same user. Do not post a new thread for each log or if you are not getting any responses
2) Ensure you are using the latest version of Hijackthis 1.98.2
3) If someone has already started to assist someone cleaning their logfile Let them continue helping. Multiple people helping some can get very confusing as each person will give different instructions
4) Try to give a short explaination of what the problem is. Just posting the logfile doesn't help us help you.
Try always doing the following as a generic solution
- Download Latest version of Hijackthis 1.99 from http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn
- Download CWSshredder http://cwshredder.net/bin/CWSInstall.exe Run and select Fix.
- Get Spybot 1.3 - Search & Destroy from http://security.kolla.de
- Get AdAware SE Personal from http://www.lavasoft.de/support/download
- Ensure you also have downloaded the latest updates
- Before running the above configure as per http://www.cjwd.demon.co.uk/spybot-adaware.html
- Close all programs Run Spybot and fix all found items then Reboot
- Run Adaware and fix all found items then Reboot
- Also run online Virus Checkers (any of these will do)

- Then run the following for Trojans

- Close all programs including internet explorer
- Reboot and Post a Hijackthis Logfile
