I am not very familiar with that Glary product. If you installed it and then had problems, you should hope the changes it made were not incorrect. I checked the website of that DriverMax, and can't help thinking it is just another scan program that, regardless of what it finds, demands payment before it might do anything. And so not very useful.
Nothing of infection showing here. You have a bad habit of disabling security software startups using msconfig or, a similar startup disabling tool. As these also load their own services, often independent of the startups, it sets the stage for corruption to occur. You should go to msconfig and under the Startups tab re-enable the CA and Windows Defender startups (and click Apply/OK).
That msconfig use has also left quite a few orphan startup entries, which we can remove no just to clean that up.
Code:

Open Notepad (Start Search, type Notepad then press OK), and copy the text inside the box above and paste it into the open Notepad textbox.
Save this to your desktop as "fixer.reg"
Be sure to include the "" quotes in the name.
Then right click fixer.reg, select Merge, and allow it to merge the new information with the Registry.
