Adaware 2007 geht nicht aus Autostart

heute gab es ein Update von adware 2007 bei mir. Nun startet beim Systemstart immer eineSystemstart eine AAWTray.exe mit.
Und ich bekomme diese nicht mehr aus dem Autostart.
Ich machesie mit Tuneupe immer wieder weg aber beim nächsten Start ist es wieder da.

wenn du Ad-Aware so eingestellt hast, dass es im Systemstart mit aufstarten soll, dann tut es das. Es gibt zwei Moeglichkeiten:

a) du aenderst die Einstellungen von Ad-Aware 2007 Free, entsprechend unserer Anleitung unter "Auto Scans".
b) du laedst dir den Starter v5.6.2.8 herunter und nimmst Ad-Aware 2007 Free damit aus dem Autostart: Haekchen rausnehmen.

Ich habe ja unter den Auto Scan Einstellungen bei

Scan on Ad Aware Startup und Scan on Windows Startup beide Funktionen auf No automated Scan gestellt.

Und wenn ich mit Tune Up meine Autostarteinstellungen anschauen, erscheint seit dem gestrigem Update dieser Eintrag

AAWTray Application
C:\Programme\Lavasoft\Ad-Aware 2007\AAWTray.exe

Wenn ich diesen Eintrag rausmache aus der Autostartliste kommt er trotzdem immer wieder.
Ich glaube das liegt aber irgendwie am Tea Timer

Hallo NFL,
habe das selbe heute feststellen müssen.Bin dann durch einiges Herumsuchen und Herumprobieren auf diese Lösung gestoßen

Start-Ausführen-"services.msc" dort den Dienst von Ad Aware auf manuell stellen.
dann Start-Ausführen-"msconfig" dort unter Systemstart die Tray.exe rausnehmen und Rechner neu starten.
Nu isses wech! Bis Adaware mal ausgeführt wird.
Wenn du dann Adaware mal startest,musst du nur dannach wieder über msconfig die Tray.exe rausnehmen.

So handhabe ich es.

Hmm, dass ist ja ziemlich umständlich. Gibt es denn keine permanente Lösung ?

Step 1> services.msc > "Ad-Aware 2007 Service" mode manual (check the demo)
Step 2> create a "start.bat" with the following lines:

Ad-Aware2007.exe
sc stop aawservice
@echo Done

Step 3> place start.bat in ad-aware folder
Step 4> launch start.bat for launch ad-aware 2007

Hallo zusammen,

wenn man das Programm updatet, wird man gefragt, ob man den neuen
Update Manager 7.0.2.1 downloaden moechte. Man bekommt dann dieses Bild
zu sehen



Man muss den neuen Update Manager nicht unbedingt herunterladen.

Wenn man nicht moechte, dass ein Ad-Aware Tray Icon neben der Uhr erstellt wird, sollte man den Update Managers nicht downloaden. Man kann die Haekchen nicht entfernen, diese Information war falsch. Man kann, wie bereits von mir beschrieben, die Haekchen herausnehmen:

Autoruns
macht dem Spiel ein Ende. Man nimmt das Haekchen bei aawservice heraus



und entfernt das oder die Haekchen bei aawtray.exe.



Nun startet Ad-Aware beim Systemstart nicht mehr mit auf.
Es wird auch im Process Explorer nicht mehr angezeigt.
Ich habe den Rechner jetzt mehrfach neu aufgestartet,
ohne dass Ad-Aware mitaufgestartet ist.

... allerdings kann man nun Ad-Aware ueberhaupt nicht mehr starten.
Wenn man das Programm laufen lassen will, muss man die Haekchen wieder setzen.

Wenn man den Update Managers nicht downloadet, hat man zwar kein Tray Icon neben der Uhr, aber Ad-Aware 2007 Free installiert sich als Service Prozess unter dem Namen 'aawservice.exe' und startet im Systemstart mit auf. Wer den Process Explorer verwendet, kann sich das selbst anschauen.

"The NEW Ad-Aware 2007"
I upgraded to the new Lavasoft Ad-Aware 2007 recently. Since that time, my computer's performance has slipped considerably. I didn't connect this to the new Ad-Aware until yesterday when I started to investigate possible reasons for this.

This is what I found:

1. Ad-Aware 2007 (even the free version) installs its self as a "service" called aawservice.exe. This service loads with Windows and is on the system all the time whether or not Ad-Aware is being used to scan the computer. It also accounts for a hugh amount of RAM being used when it is loaded.

2. I went to www.processlibrary.com to find out what aawservice.exe was and found this:

http://www.processlibrary.com/direct...aawservice.exe. It was only then that I realized that the new Ad-Aware (free one) had installed itself as a service. No free Ad-Aware I had used before had done this!

3. I went into my services and disabled aawservice.exe. But, then Ad-Aware wouldn't run at all. I was getting very mad that a free app I had used for a long time had now installed itself as a service (unnecessarily, since the free one offers no real-time protection).

4. I Googled aawservice.exe and found this thread at the Lavasoft forum: http://www.lavasoftsupport.com/index...&st=0&p=44081&.

I followed the instructions in Post #20 by pmc2 to set aawservice.exe to "Manual" in my Services and create a start.bat file to put into the Ad-Aware file folder.

5. This worked for me so now I can use Ad-Aware 2007 when I want to (using start.bat) and don't have the service running all the time (which was slowing my computer down big time).

One caution about doing this: Only Admin accounts can run the app using the start.bat file. So, if you have a computer where Limited Users want to run Ad-Aware, you will have to let the service run all the time.

Hope this helps others with the same problem I had.

Die Waechterfunktion funktioniert nur in den kostenpflichtigen Versionen. Allerdings bekommt man ein zusaetzliches Iconchen gratis auf den Desktop..., wenn man drauf klickt, erfaehrt man, dass es nur bei der kostenpflichtigen Version funktioniert. Ich hab es in den Paierkorb geschoben.
