I tried to follow the instruction on repairing the Winfixer pop-up utilizing the Vundofix and Hijackthis tools to no avail. After the second command prompt, telling you to enter C:\WINDOWS\system32\ijllm.*, I hit enter and the monitor went black on me, Hijackthis didnt run and it basically ceased activity as far as I could tell. I ran Hijackthis in regular boot mode and didn't see a file named ijllm.* but did see this file: C:\WINDOWS\system32\khhij.dll instead. I suspect this might be where my problem is. Any clarification at all would be welcome, this Winfixer crap is really working on my last nerve. The choad-loaf who wrote the code for this garbage deserves a kick in the teeth, maybe two. I will include my last scan from Hijackthis below.

Another unusual occurrence during the pop-up removal procedure was that I was "losing the desktop" in safe mode, it seemed if I didnt find and open the vundofix.bat file fast enough it wasn't allowing me a path to access any files as I could see literally no icons and no task bar when this happened. Thanks in advance for any time and attention with regard to this matter.
Respectfully,
-Brian L.
