CWShredder shuts down when analizing

I get a window that pops up and says "CWShredder has encountered a problem and needs to close. Tell Microsoft about this problem? Send error report to Microsoft or dont send error report to Microsoft.

Any suggestions that could be shutting CWShredder down?
